My classes incorporate movement, breath and meditation techniques to help you feel a sense of freedom, stability and strength in your own body.

You’ll find me teaching public classes every Sunday at 9.45am at Victoria Park Pilates. Book directly below.

I’m also available for private tuition for the workplace, small groups or one to one.
